Welcome to Explore Singapore Tours. By accessing our website and booking our tours, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Booking and Payment: All bookings are subject to availability and require full payment at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Prices for tours are clearly listed, and any custom tour requests will be priced upon inquiry.

Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable. In the event that Explore Singapore Tours cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduled tour will be offered.

Tour Modifications: We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide an alternative experience or reschedule the tour in case of significant changes.

Liability: Explore Singapore Tours is not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage during the tours, except in cases of gross negligence. We recommend that participants have their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the tour guides and adhere to local laws. We reserve the right to remove participants from the tour for any disruptive or unsafe behavior.
